Return Policies

All damage claims, discrepancies must be made within 2 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy.  If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy Gifts Give Pleasure will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner to customer's satisfaction. Credits and/or refunds will be at the sole discretion of Gift Give Pleasure and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. Gift must be able to be retrieved by carrier. All claims must be made by e-mail. See our customer service claim form in customer service area.  Claims will not be accepted via the phone.

If the gift is damaged, we will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However, if we can’t call tag the gift no refund or credit will be offered. Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with the carrier.

If for any reason the recipient or purchaser is unhappy with a gift they may certainly return it.   All returns must be within 20 days of receiving the basket. Returns must be pre-approved.  Please ask questions before ording.

If the gift is simply not wanted, or the customer is not satisfied they may ship it back to us at their own expense after contacting Gifts Give Pleasure. The refund is based on the gifts perishability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and un tampered with.  A 20% restocking fee will apply.

In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient buyer will be responsible for shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges consist of shipping to the recipient and back to Gifts Give Pleasure.

Payments

Gifts Give Pleasure wants to make sure our customers on line purchase safe and worry free. We accept  the reputable company PayPal to securely process Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Bank Card payments.

PayPal does not require you to have an account to make a one-time credit card payment.  After you enter shipping information you will be re-directed to the secure PayPal processing page. There you will be able to pay by credit card or use your bank checking account.  If you click the "continue" link located on the left side of the screen next to the credit card logos you will have these options.  If you are a Paypal member you can login to your account to make payment. Your credit card or bank card information need not be shared with Gifts Give Pleasure.

Taxes

Residents of Louisiana will be charged 4% sales tax on purchases.  This amount will be available in shopping cart before checkout.

Shipping

Express orders received by 12:00 CST time will usually ship the same day.  All other orders will ship within 24 – 48 hours.   We charge flat shipping rates; ground $12.95, 3-day $23.95, 2-day $28.95.  These shipping charges are per basket.  Final shipping charges can be viewed in your shopping cart and in checkout.
